I thought about this one for a while. I don’t want to do it. That probably indicates that I need to do it. Here goes nothing.
For the next 30 days, I will be waking up at 6:30am sharp. I want to train my body to get up earlier. Mainly, I want to make it to Crossfit training everyday. But, I think it would be nice to wake up early on weekends too. Between planting a garden and waking up early, I am now offically old.
Here are some things I am going to try to make it easier:
- I plan to go to bed by 11pm. This will give me 7.5 hours of sleep, which should be plenty.
- I plan to set my coffee maker to have me a fresh cup ready to go, as a reward for getting my lazy butt up.
I am doing this for 30 days because I realize that in life there will be times when I cannot get up at 6:30. But, for the next 30 days, it is on!
Anyone have any tips?
